CourseMatch launches
Term 4, 2026
Limited early access is now open for Australian schools. Schools that register a non-binding EOI before 30 July secure a 30% launch discount and are considered for a free pilot.

Table of contents
This page explains, in plain English, what registering your school's interest means. It doesn't replace our Privacy Policy, Terms, Collection Notice, or Cookies Policy.
1. The short version
Registering your school's Expression of Interest (EOI):
- Is completely free — no payment or card details are collected at any point during EOI registration.
- Is non-binding — your school can register now and choose not to proceed later, with no obligation or cost.
- Locks in a 30% discount for your school if you sign up to CourseMatch any time during the 2027 calendar year, provided your EOI is registered by 30 July 2026.
- Optionally puts your school forward for a free Term 3 pilot with one student cohort of your choosing.
2. What you're agreeing to (and not agreeing to)
By submitting this form, you're telling us your school is interested and would like to be kept informed.
You are not:
- Signing a contract
- Committing to purchase anything
- Guaranteeing your school a pilot place
- Giving us permission to advertise to your students, or to let any third party (including universities) advertise to your students
CourseMatch's course-matching recommendations are based solely on each student's own profile and results. No university, sponsor, or partner can pay to influence what a student is recommended.
3. The 30% discount
There's a single discount tier — 30% off — available to every school that registers an EOI by 30 July 2026. There's no bigger or smaller discount on offer; every school that registers in time gets the same rate. The discount can be redeemed any time across the 2027 calendar year, whenever your school is ready to move forward with CourseMatch.
4. The free pilot
We're offering a free pilot to 6 schools, running in Term 3. Because places are limited, schools that tick the pilot interest box will be assessed against selection criteria — registering doesn't guarantee a place, but it does put you in the running.
If selected:
- Your school chooses one cohort of students to take part.
- The pilot is genuinely free — no fees, no card details.
- We ask for brief feedback at each step, built directly into the student experience rather than a separate survey to fill out.
5. What information we collect
The EOI form asks for: your name, your school, your school email address, and an option to nominate a different staff contact if you're not the right point of contact. You'll also tick a box to register EOI interest, and optionally a second box for pilot interest.
We don't collect any student information at the EOI stage — no student names, numbers, or data of any kind. This stage is school-admin-level only.
6. Who can access this form
This form was sent directly to every school in Australia, to school (.edu) email addresses. It isn't intended for public sign-up, and submissions are expected to come from school staff who received or were forwarded the original email.
7. How we might use EOI numbers
We may reference aggregate, anonymised figures — for example, “over 400 Australian schools registered interest” — when talking to partners, investors, or universities, including before CourseMatch officially launches.
What we won't do:
- We won't name or identify your individual school to any third party without your separate, explicit consent.
- We won't share any student-level data — because none exists at this stage.
- We won't let this data be used to target advertising at your students.
8. Who's responsible for this
CourseMatch Pty Ltd (ABN 89 693 408 409) is the entity collecting and responsible for this information. For full detail on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy, Collection Notice, Terms, and Cookies Policy.
9. Questions?
If anything here is unclear, or you'd like to talk to someone before registering, contact us at contact@coursematch.au — we're happy to explain anything in more detail.
