The session cookie used to keep a user authenticated may remain active for up to 180 days, after which the user may be required to log in again. - encryption at rest;

While CourseMatch takes reasonable steps to protect information collected through cookies and similar technologies, no online system can guarantee complete security.

CourseMatch may introduce additional cookies or similar technologies in the future as the Platform develops, including functional, analytics or third-party technologies of the kind described in this Policy. Where CourseMatch intends to use cookies or similar technologies for purposes requiring consent under applicable law, CourseMatch will implement appropriate consent mechanisms before doing so.

CourseMatch may update this Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technology or Platform functionality. The current version will always be published on the CourseMatch website.
